We provide advice on both the design aspects of your future project including associated services, non-construction related costs and the likely program to construction commencement.

Construction aspects of your future project requirements including approximate costs of new work or the cost of remedial work to existing structures based on your requirements for the property.

An appraisal involves an on site consultation and subsequent report outlining our findings on the above basis.
